From what I understand the main difference between veterinarian medicine and human medicine is with veterinarian medicine one has to learn hundreds of species. With human medicine, well… you would only have to learn one. Another difference I would imagine is animals need to be tamed. Where as humans just need to be calmed down. Something’s are best left to the wild, something’s are best tamed. So Julie, you know what looks like a wild animal to me? YELLOW TEETH!
“It doesn’t make sense to dye your hair, get botox, and use anti-aging serums if you’re not whitening your teeth.” – Nancy Rosen, cosmetic dentist in New York City
The fastest way to whiten your teeth seems to be Zoom. Zoom is an one hour in-office treatment to ask your dentist about. It can lighten your teeth by three to ten shades.
But… Forget that. At home remedies are quick & easy!!!
Your cappuccino, your coca-cola classic, your glass of red wine, your cigarette, even berries are staining your teeth every day. And since like me, you probably aren’t giving them up – We need to whiten our teeth.
Here are the tips and tricks:
1. Dentists recommend snacking on crunchy fruits & vegetables such as apples, carrots, or celery because they are high in water content to help clean your mouth.
2. Drink with a straw.
3. Chew some (whitening) gum.
4. Crest 3D White Professional Effects Whitening Strips!
I am a big fan of these… I keep them in my desk at the office. They can be a little bit harsh if you have sensitive teeth and I recommend Tanda Pearl Whitening if this is a problem for you.
5. A whitening toothpaste such as Colgate Optic White.
