What Would Kate Moss Do?

For your Knowledge,
Because someone’s ears are burning…
So listen and learn!

You know when you are standing at the corner bodega and the guy next to you is buying muscle milk and part of you wants to say “douche” under your breath? And then that part of you does. It is times like these that I like to ask myself, “What would Kate Moss do?” I feel pretty confident Kate Moss wouldn’t say “douche” under her breath. Why? Because Kate Moss would say it out loud. And she would be right. Please keep in mind I don’t know what muscle milk is. It could be your baby’s nectar for all I know… but what it seems to be is a douchy drink that some guy who wants to belong to the cast of the jersey shore buys after going to the gym in a neon tank top, a barbwire tattoo, and a gold chain we all know is left on all the time on purpose. But if we are being honest, when confronted with The Situation’s doppelganger isn’t the only time I ask myself what would Kate Moss do.

Just like when Snowden tries to explain to his new friends in China or Russia, “The government is watching everything we do” and no one acts surprised, you can file this one under the classification of duh.

The great Ms. Moss may not be the ideal role model with her racist friends and ideologies that “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels.” But, she sure does know a thing or two about looking young forever.

Let’s face it, Kate looks better now than she did 10 years ago… and she is pretty open about it… so open about it that a simple google search for Kate Moss’s beauty routine will give you about 15,100,000 results in 0.36 seconds.

For better or worse here is the beauty routine that keeps “her controversial private life, high profile relationships, party lifestyle, and drug use” from aging her at all. (as I see it anyways…)

1.) Wash and then moisturize with Crème De La Mer.
According to Elle, Kate always uses a liquid foundation. “Pretty much any brand will do, just as long as it doesn’t feel too thick. I want a bit of coverage, but I hate looking too made up. Then I usually add some bronzer, eyeliner, and lipstick. I curl my lashes even when I’m not wearing mascara. Though at night, I really pile it on.” Got to get it off somehow right? Although, I imagine this will end up costing a fortune.

2.) The supermodel submerges her face into a sink full of iced cucumber water in the morning to perk up her skin.
“It tightens everything making you look and feel instantly awake. It is a bit Joan Crawford – but it works!,” she told Stylist magazine.

3.) Tan Up!
Grazia reported when she was shooting the St. Tropez campaign, Moss revealed that before every festival (and beach holiday), she preps with a St.Tropez tan. “It covers a multitude of sins and it means that you have always got a healthy glow.”

4.) Lipgloss is a no.

“I’ve got a thing about sticky – it can’t be sticky. [It’s] from doing too many shoots when they get the wind machine out and my hair sticks to me. I get the fear.”

5.) The Quick Tip for lips and cheeks.
“Dick Page (remember him from here) taught me this: After applying your lipstick, blot your lips with your fingers and then pat the remaining colour on your cheeks for an instant glow.”

On the first day of the, now famous thanks to Kate Moss, Glastonbury music festival anyone can look just as hot as the most famous supermodel of all time!

So please do tell me, what thoughts cross your mind when confronted with some Muscle Milk?
