Because some chapters come to an end…
So new chapters begin!!!

It’s no secret summer is coming to an end. Claire and I know all too well that sometimes things we don’t want to end do… Chapters end and new ones begin. Summer ends and Fall begins, it happens every year, but that doesn’t mean I like it.

It is also no secret that I have been going to the beach a whole lot lately… pretty much every weekend except  for one that God forgot about me and my happiness so it rained. This is the main reason I don’t want summer to end. Loads of friends can back me up on this one… My insta feed has been blown up with photos of my feet in the sand, my beach cocktails, and the waves… Obviously. Not. Really. I am much more creative than that…  however, there is some pics of a kiddie pool and a tepee. I digress. (more…)

So why not go all the way!!!

A while back you may remember that I disclosed my love of wizardry… and if not, well it is probably better that way. Read it or the short of it is I like wizards, specifically wizards who work with potions. I Hermione my ass together a variety of products as potions. Always have. Always will. Again, do with that what you will. As it was brought to my attention through various facebook posts (this gives you an idea of who some of my friends on FB are…) that Harry Potter, the wizard of all wizards, turns 33 today, I felt it only appropriate to put up a summer magic tricks volume two for what is now probably a sunburned dad of a wizard.

It’s F*&%ing Hot!

For the love of Summer,
Because this isn’t funny…
So don’t laugh!
It’s F’ing Hot! And not like The Simple Life “That’s Hot,” like you walk one block down the street with wet hair and it’s completely dry hot. This week started with a relaxing day on Sunday at the beach and was followed up on Monday by an even more relaxing evening at Central Park listening to the NY Philharmonic. I felt great and didn’t want the relaxation to end… between work, life, and a city that is tense by default how do you find a way to relax and stay calm?
