Beach Body Ready

So we will finally be reunited!

Once or twice a year I try to get a good beach trip in. Luckily for me, my boyfriend is from a beach town. This makes it easy for us to combine family time with a much deserved relaxing time on the beach. This year’s trip sneaked up on me. I found myself with less than a week to get Beach Body Ready!!!
Step 1 – Go to Yoga.
Yoga is the only exercise that massages your internal organs and helps rid the toxins out of your body. Yoga and meditation are great for the mind. It improves your memory, helps you focus, challenges your inner strength and increases the blood flow to your brain.


Step 2 – Pure Fiji Coconut Sugar Glow Treatment.


This treatment uses sugar cane harvested from the sun drench plantations of Fiji combined with Exotic tropical nut oils and fruit enzymes to nourish skin with vitamins A, B, C, and E to create the ultimate healthy glow. Relax and enjoy as milk from the coconut combined with macadamia and coconut oil are gently massaged into the skin followed by an application of pure cane sugar and tropical nut oils ridding the body of dead skin, revealing new healthy skin as well as strengthening the skin’s elasticity and replenishing moisture loss. One of my favorite blogs Mind.Body.Green convinced me in one fell swoop I can flood my body with vibrant vitamins and minerals. Drinking green juice also helps me from eating junk during the day. It would be a shame to ruin that clean feeling from my juice with something heavy and processed. Plus I just grab the Blue Print juice on my way home so it is super fast and easy…
Step 4 – Gel Manicure & Regular Pedicure.
Step 5 – Moisture, Moisture, Moisture.
The trick to getting your skin ready to be bare? Lotion up every day. I like one with built-in self-tanner for a little extra glow. (I prefer Nivea Sun-Kissed Radiant Skin lotion)
Step 6 – Wax On.
 Step 7 – H2O go… lots & lots & lots & lots of water!
 Step 8 – Snooze to Win!!!
Sleeping is the body’s opportunity to rebuild and restore. Everyone knows 8 hours is best, however a simple extra half an hour a night can make a huge difference. Studies show getting enough sleep can contribute to weight loss and improve the appearance of your skin.
